Oxidation Processing:
The pretreatment stage includes: 1. Degreasing: the purpose is to remove the oil and other impurities on the surface of the workpiece; 2. Alkaline corrosion: the purpose is to further remove the dirt on the surface of the workpiece and at the same time remove the natural metal oxide film on the surface of the aluminum profile; 3 , Chemical polishing: The purpose is to polish the scratch marks on the surface during polishing. 4. Neutralization: The principle is to neutralize the ash and lye on the surface of the workpiece with acid. It is also called light treatment in the industry.
The post-treatment stages include: 1. Anode oxidation: I will not repeat the explanation here. The principle of oxidation has been introduced before, and then it will be cleaned by an ultrasonic cleaner and enter the second stage. 2. Dyeing: As the name implies, it is to dye the surface of the workpiece with the required color. The specific process will not be explained here. Next time, I will open a separate article to explain it. 3. Sealing: Because the surface will produce fine pores after oxidation, when the dyed dye enters these fine pores, in order to prevent the overflow of these dyes and prevent the adsorption of the oxide film, the pores are sealed.
