Introduction of Powder Coating:

The coating is mixed with special resin, pigments, fillers, curing agents and other auxiliaries in a certain proportion, and is prepared by hot extrusion and crushing and screening. At normal temperature, they are stable in storage, by electrostatic spraying, friction spraying (thermosetting) or fluidized bed soaking (thermoplastic), and reheating the curing and curing to make a smooth and bright permanent coating to achieve the purpose of decoration and corrosion protection.

Technology of Powder Coating:
The preservation and use of powder coating:

Coating construction site safety:
1. The equipment should be used to remove static electricity.

3. The concentration of dust particles in the spray room is kept below the safe concentration to avoid the danger of the dust catching fire.
