Q1: Can this light be used in saltwater environments?
A: Yes. The use of SUS 316 stainless steel, which offers superior resistance to chlorides and saltwater compared to SUS 304, makes this fixture ideal for coastal areas and saltwater fountains.
Q2: Is it possible to control the color and effects of multiple lights simultaneously?
A: Absolutely. For synchronized, complex light shows, you can specify the optional DMX512 control version. This allows you to daisy-chain and individually address hundreds of fixtures from a single controller.
Q3: Why is there a warning against operating the light out of water?
A: The water acts as a crucial cooling medium. Operating the fixture in air for more than 15 minutes can cause it to overheat, potentially triggering the safety sensor (if equipped) or damaging the LEDs. It is designed for submerged operation. As the thermal performance of SUS316 stainless steel is bad, so it is strongly advised to operate it underwater, or operate the Fountain Nozzle Light in the air no more than 15 minutes.
