The Benefits of PVC Plastic Laminate Panels
PVC plastic laminate panels can make your ceilings look like they have planks of wood. Laminate ceiling panels are similar to laminate flooring materials and fibreboard has plastic laminate and with simulated wood grains on it. Laminate ceilings are more resistant to humidity then wood is and may make these materials more suitable for use in bathrooms and kitchens.

Payment Term:
1. TT 50% in advance, 50% against Bill of Lading (20GP)
2. TT 30% in advance, 70% against Bill of Lading (40HQ)
3. Irrevocable L/C at sight
Installation:
1. Make sure your brandering is 500mm maximum apart
2. Line brandering up, level or horizontal
3. PVC panels can be installed onto 38mm x 38mm wooden brandering with a screw. Steel brandering can also be used. Drill a 3.5mm hole into the brandering – then screw a 4.5mm x 15mm screw into it
4. Screw your pvc panel onto the brandering. The panels must lay in the same direction as the main trusses
5. Make sure the screw head fastens properly and flush with the groove of the Ceiling Panel
6. Clip the second panel with the tongue onto the groove of the first panel
7. Knock panel at side to secure close fitment
8. Do not carry on until the panel is fitted correctly
9. When at the end of the room, cut the panel in the length with a carpet knife to fit the last piece
10. Close the corners with cornice
