IEC60529 IPX8 waterproof test chamber for enclosures ingress protection 

Waterproof test chamber is a kind of artificial rain test chamber. It is well known that all components and equipment in atmospheric pressure environment, whether in working state or storage state, will be affected by various kinds of water (including impurities) to varying degrees. Rain test is to prevent the change of working efficiency of these equipment during or after rain infiltration and rain.

The performance index of the test chamber meets GB / T10485 basic environmental test for external devices of automobiles and trailers, basic environmental test for external lighting and signal devices of automobiles and trailers, and basic environmental test for industrial electronic products, as well as JIS, MIL and other relevant test standards. 20653-2006, GB-4208-93, GB2423.37-89La, GB4208-93, DIN40050.5K and other corresponding national standards

Chamber features: 

1. Pressure requirements: design safe pressure resistance: 1.0MPa, operating pressure: 0.5MPa

2. Test water depth and pressure range: analog 0-50m adjustable. PLC control and digital display of pressure are adopted

3. Test pressure range: 0 - 0.5MPa. The pressure valve adopts pressure sensor, digital display and upper and lower limit protection control

4. Pressurization and pressure control system: the integrated control cabinet is equipped with pressure sensor, with accuracy of 0.25 and measuring range of 1.5MPa.

5. Test time: 0-99h99m adjustable

6. Pressure sensor and display 

7. Controller: 7-inch touch screen
