Floor Type Temperature Humidity Chamber
Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber is designed for testing the capability of heat-endurance, cold-endurance, dryness-endurance, and humidity-endurance, suitable for quality control of the industries of electron, electrical equipment, vehicle, metal, foodstuffs, chemistry, building materials, luggage, adhesion tape, printing, packaging, etc.
SANWOOD has a test chamber of Double walled construction. The inner walls are made of special grade of 304 Stainless Steel sheet (mirror type) and outer walls are mild steel sheet with Japan technology painting. The chamber is fitted with two adjustable perforated shelves for keeping the Test Specimen.
The chamber is cooled electrically with the help of Compressor Cooling coils placed in ribs, on the sides of the chamber; Humidity is maintained with the help of Water Shower Technology. An air-circulating Fan with heater is provided on top of the chamber for even temperature & Humidity distribution. The temperature inside the test chamber is controlled with the help of a PLC. A light tube is also provided in the Chamber to see the samples during conditioning.
