Air Permeability and Mask Differential Pressure Tester is a testing instrument for permeability of textiles and pressure difference of face masks.

During the air permeability test, the tested sample is placed in a channel with a fixed cross-sectional area, and a certain pressure difference will be generated between the upper and lower sides of the test sample by a specific air flow. The test software can automatically calculate the air flow through the fabric according to the cross-sectional area of the pressure difference, so as to get the air permeability of the fabric.

During the pressure difference test of face masks, the tested sample is placed in the channel with fixed cross-sectional area. The air flow with specific flow rate will generate a certain pressure difference between the upper and lower sides of the test sample. The test software can automatically calculate the pressure difference between the two sides of the respirator according to the cross-sectional area of the channel, so as to calculate the breathability of the face masks.

The tester includes:
