High Temperature Test Chamber Dry oven Battery explosion proof Test

Sanwood Dry oven, also named as high temperature test chamber, is mainly to simulate the higher temperature environment compared to room temperature and keep it stabled for a setted time. The walk-in dry oven is designed to test large size and heavy DUT. Easy to movement. 

The very popular application is to dry the battery cells, to check its thermal stability at a setted temperature. To test the batteries, the explosion proof safety devices are required. Sanwood provides customised solutions for different test requirements. 

Precision High Temperature Oven features: 

1. Continuous uninterrupted working time ≥1000h under the test condition of 140 °C;

2. Equipped with an explosion-proof pressure relief port, when the pressure increases sharply, the pressure relief port automatically opens;

3. The smoke flame sensor detects the smoke flame and fire extinguishing system to extinguish the fire in the box;

4. Explosion-proof safety design of the cabinet, equipped with explosion-proof chain, glass explosion-proof membrane, insulation layer using aluminum silicate insulation and insulation material;
