Heat Transfer Film Introduction
- Our heat transfer film is a kind of surface decorative material which is made up of PVC film as a substrate and coated with a release layer, a protective layer, a background color layer, a decorative layer and a hot-melt adhesive layer on the substrate.
- Our company produced two types of these films:the heat transfer film with wood texture on the decorative layer and the heat transfer film with marble texture on the decorative layer.
- By heating high temperature resistant silicone rollers, the heat transfer film was imposed temperature and pressure which separates the wood/marble transfer layer from PVC film and transfers this layer to the surface of various wood-based panels or furniture components, thus forming a surface decorative pattern.
