How to use;
For keeping cold:
First flat your ice packs in the refrigerator to frozen it about 10-12 hours before use, until the liquild becomes solid, you can put the ice pack where you need to keep cold your items.
For Keeping hot:
It is 55 degress pcm material inside, When you heat, can be directly heated in boiling water until become a liquid, or in the microwave minimum heat for 2 minutes
