An armchair that is an interesting combination of design and comfort. Harking back to the Nordic design of the 50’s and 60’s, Gilliam brings to mind the distinctive traits that are typical of the design originating at that time, but still popular today. Two cold-foamed shells for the back rest and seating, padding softens the back rest and a down cushion makes the seating more comfortable, a careful construction approach that teams aesthetics with function. The back rest and seat are joined and are supported by a curved base made from structural polyurethane (BAYDUR ® 60) that traces a sinuous line, highlighted by changing thicknesses and an elegant semi-glossy lacquered Moka finish. The tailored craftsmanship of the seams is highlighted by the zip inserts which are a pleasant contrast and enhance the removable upholstery, in fabric and leather, of the collection.

The armchair and bench have a strong personality, but can blend in seamlessly with all the sofas in the collection.
