1) can we get sample for free?
Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.
2) How to receive a price quotation in the shortest time?
When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as model no , product size, and tube lenth, color , order quantity . We will send you quota with complete details soon .
3) What is the normal lead time ?
A. For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.
B. For aluminum product, the delivery time is 40-45days after we received your 30% deposit
4) What is your payment term?
T/T. 30% deposit, 70% before shippment.
5)what's your MOQ?
Our MOQ for bottles are 5000pcs, for pumps are 10000pcs.
6) Can you custom the product?
Yes,Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation and make new mould.If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit .
