How to proceed?

1. Inquiry-professional quotation.

2. Confirm the price,logo,payment term,lead time ect.

3. Develop new mold and sample.

4. Customer makes the payment for deposit.

5. Initial production stage:inform the clients that we have got the payment and will make the samples.

6. Middle production:send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in advance .Confirm the estimated delivery time again.

7. Clients make payment for balance and ship the goods.Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients.

8. Order finished when you received the goods and satisfy with them.

We can send the goods out within 7 days to you after receiving your payment.

We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detailed requirements: By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

How do you control the quality?

We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.

All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container.

This date is subject to the arrival time of container. We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
