Application
The ink abrasion tester is suitable for the test test of the wear resistance of the ink layer of the printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the photosensitive layer of the PS plate and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of the related products. Effectively analyze the problems of poor rub resistance of the printed matter, falling off of the ink layer, low printing durability of the PS plate, and poor coating hardness of other products.
Test Principle
Paper and cardboard specimens to be abraded layer and friction paper in the standard friction load weights under the action of the specified speed in the standard stroke of the reciprocating movement, in order to test the abrasion resistance of printed materials.
