Machine Introduction

This machine is mainly designed for batch detection of insertion force and withdrawal force on the charging gun assembly line. The horizontal design of this machine simulates the user's use mode: the charging seat is fixed, and the charging gun runs the test at a certain speed to detect the insertion and withdrawal force of the charging gun. The use of WINDOWS, Windows Chinese screen setting, simple and convenient operation, and all data can be stored (test conditions, displacement curve, life curve, inspection report ----, etc.), the machine can set the insertion force and withdrawal force upper and lower limits of the range of force, measured force beyond the range can alarm output. Test procedure

This machine is suitable for mass production insertion and withdrawal force detection. When the charging gun is inserted into the jack of the testing machine, the machine starts the test: the cylinder moves, moves towards the charging gun to push the buckle, so that the buckle is in a relaxed state, so that the buckle will not be damaged during the test withdrawal force. The action of the testing machine screw makes the charging gun move in the charging seat, and the force travel curve formed is recorded, and the value of the insertion force and the withdrawal force are automatically captured. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved, and then the cylinder moves, returns, takes out the charging gun, and a product test is completed.
