Introduction

1. Usage:
* This tester is suitable for testing the durability of drawer slides mounted on furniture.
* This tester is extended to the test of other products with linear motion trajectory, such as flat sliding doors, Windows, etc.
2. Principle:
* Place a certain load in the drawer, pull out and close the drawer repeatedly, and check whether the slide can meet the requirements of use after a certain number of cycles.

*This tester is made according to the relevant requirements of GB/T 10357.5 standard.

Instrument Structure

1. Function Description:

Cylinder: Perform the test action

Sensor: Adjustable motion stroke, that is, drawer pull out length

Drawer connection block: Used to connect drawer handles for test action

Base: Place the machine on the ground smoothly

Height adjustment hand wheel: Adjust the height of the drawer connection block to fit the different height of the drawer

Controller: control the instrument action, set the test parameters

Power switch: Press to turn on the power of the instrument, turn clockwise to power off
