Scope
This tester is suitable for conveyor belts and steel cord conveyor belts with textile bodies, and is also applicable for testing the flammability characteristics of horizontally oriented conveyor belt samples.
Testing Principle
The test exposes horizontally oriented conveyor belt specimens to flames for a specified duration. The equipment evaluates the belt's response to ignition sources, measuring flame duration and afterglow time after flame removal, with an air stream applied to assess afterglow persistence.
