Product Overview
The SL-OA109 Lubricating Grease Anti-Water Wash Performance Tester evaluates grease resistance to water wash-off under controlled conditions. The instrument loads a grease sample into a ball bearing installed in a bearing sleeve with specified clearance. The assembly rotates at 600 rpm ± 30 rpm while water at 38°C or 79°C is sprayed into the sleeve at 5 mL/s ± 0.5 mL/s. Water wash-off capacity is determined by the amount of grease washed away within 60 minutes.
