Technical parameters

The needle part is 0.20±0.01MM on the front and DIN3±0.05MM on the side.

1. Need to be installed on the tensile machine

2. The lower nipple fixing fixture can be moved left and right to facilitate testing different parts of the nipple

3. The lower nipple support plate requires a hardness of 97 IRHDs

The tip is centered vertically at 15mm to 20mm at the end of the teat, and a pressure of 200±10N is applied at a speed of 10±5mm/min for 1±0.5sec. Check whether the nipple is punctured.
