Figernail of IEC 60335-1:2010/Thrust Standard Test Nails

Overview

It is mainly used for the penetration prevention of sharp parts of solid insulation, and for non-detachable parts to prevent contact with live parts, waterproof or contact with moving parts. It is fixed in a reliable manner and should withstand the mechanical stresses that occur in normal use buckles.

1. Components: fingertips, middle finger, and three parts
2. Apply pressure: 10N, 20N, 30N

Standard test nail use method
1 The force of the surface pressure of the scratch test is 10 N, and the material of the scratched surface cannot be separated.
2.1 Use the test finger to insert any gap or joint, apply a 10N side tension vertically, but do not twist and sway, the relevant parts can not fall off or damage.
2.2 Insert any gap or joint with the test finger and apply a 10N side tension in the direction of component disassembly, but do not twist and sway, and the relevant parts cannot fall off or be damaged.
