Impact Bending Test Equipment

Application
This test equipment is suitable for testing mobile phones, tablets and mobile phone batteries. In the normal daily use of the simulated sample, test the degree of bending and damage to the sample caused by the impact, and use the test result as the basis for improving the strength performance of the product.

Principle
Place two acrylic round rods at a certain distance horizontally to support the test sample. Place the impact head with a certain R angle on the sample. The weight of the specified weight is connected to the impact head through the iron chain, and the weight is lifted to the specified value. The impact height, the impact force generated by the instant release acts on the sample, and the bending angle and damage of the sample are recorded.
