Overview
The paper and paperboard Cob water absorption tester is a special instrument for measuring the surface water absorption of paper and paperboard. Its main technical indicators and performance parameters conform to ISO535 "Paper and paperboard-determination of water absorption-Cobb method" and QB /T1668 "Bomb Absorbency Tester" related regulations.
This instrument is mainly used to determine the amount of water absorbed on the surface of sizing paper and cardboard under the conditions specified in the standard. Loose paper (such as news printing paper), unsizing paper (such as blotting paper) and other paper with high water absorption are not suitable for this instrument. Other test methods and instruments should be used.
