IEC 60598-1 4.14.6, IEC 60065 Luminaries Test Equipment Direct Plug in Test Apparatus

Purpose:

Whether the mechanical stress of the plug-in device with plug-in pin on the socket during normal use is within the specified range.

Compliance:

It is suitable for testing the torque exerted on the output socket by the device which is to be inserted into the fixed output socket and is equipped with a bolt after it is inserted into the output socket. The balance arm of the equipment moves around the horizontal axis which is 8mm behind the plug-in surface of the output socket and passes through the center line of the outlet socket. This device has good sensitivity, beautiful appearance and convenient adjustment.

Standard:

This device meets the requirements of IEC60598-1, Chapter 4.14.6, Figure 11 of GB8898-2011, picture of IEC60065, IEC60335, IEC60884 and other standards.

Configuration:

1. a set of 0.5N, 1N, 1.25N and 2.5N combined weights shall be provided;

2, equipped with a universal socket clamp (suitable for GB, BS and other plugs)

3. Equipped with one UL socket clamp (125V15A2-pole 3-wire);

4. Equipped with one European socket clamp with three round holes.

Material: SUS304 stainless steel;

Torque range: 0 ~ 0.25 n m.
