Overview
The JJB30 Mine Laser Methane Remote Measuring Instrument is designed using our company's internationally leading optoelectronic device technology. It operates on the principle that methane gas absorbs specific laser wavelengths, with absorption intensity directly proportional to methane concentration (following the Lambert-Beer law).
This handheld gas detector is primarily used for remote measurement of methane and methane-containing gases (including natural gas or similar gases). By directing a laser beam at the detection point, it can quickly measure methane gas concentration within a 0 to 30 meter range. The device measures methane concentration along the laser path by analyzing reflected signals from target points such as coal mine corners, gas pipelines, ceilings, walls, floors, or ground surfaces.
