The excavator hydraulic breaker is a versatile front-end equipment attachment with high strength, power efficiency, and compact design. Ideal for concrete breaking, mining operations, boulder demolition, bridge repair, and emergency rescue situations, this tool is essential for construction, demolition, and disaster relief applications.
Key applications include:
- Construction demolition operations
- Reinforced concrete separation
- Primary rock excavation and secondary rock breaking
- Trenching and foundation works
- Asphalt cutting
Our hydraulic breakers are compatible with carriers of all types, with operating weights ranging from 50kg to over 10,000kg. Advanced features include self-lubricating systems, vibration damping technology, automatic rock hardness adjustment, and energy recovery systems.
- Maintain proper positioning for effective breaking force. Incorrect positioning reduces piston hammering energy.
- Avoid excessive positioning that could cause the machine to tilt forward when rocks break.
- Do not hammer when vibrations may transmit to the carrier's tracks.
- Align boom force with the rod and keep the hammering surface as vertical as possible.
- Never use the breaker rod to move rocks (use stone claws instead).
- Avoid sweeping debris with the breaker to prevent premature wear.
- Do not operate when components (except rod) are submerged in water/mud.
- Prevent the breaker from falling onto rocks to avoid damage.
- Avoid operating at full cylinder extension/retraction.
- Never use the breaker for lifting (lifting eyes are for maintenance only).
- Warm up the machine for 5-10 minutes before operation, especially in cold conditions.
- Stop operation if hoses vibrate abnormally.
- Avoid blank hammering to prevent component damage.
- Operate at specified engine speeds to maintain optimal performance.
