Safety Operation Precautions
- Position the breaker correctly for effective breaking force. Incorrect positioning may result in weak hammering energy.
- Avoid excessive positioning that could cause the machine to tilt forward when rocks break.
- Do not hammer when vibrations may transmit to the carrier's tracks.
- Align the boom force with the rod direction and keep the hammering surface as vertical as possible.
- Never use the breaker rod to move rocks - use stone claws instead.
- Avoid sweeping debris with the breaker to prevent premature wear.
- Do not operate the breaker when submerged in water or mud.
- Prevent the breaker from falling onto rocks to avoid damage.
- Never operate with the carrier's cylinders at full extension or retraction.
- Do not use the breaker or rods for lifting purposes.
Additional Safety Notes:
- Warm up the machine for 5-10 minutes before operation, especially in cold conditions.
- Stop operation if hoses vibrate abnormally and contact your dealer.
- Avoid blank hammering (operating without contact) to prevent component damage.
- Operate at specified engine speeds - excessive speed increases oil temperature without improving performance.
