Our VFFS-520 packing machine can pack liquid, semi-liquid, Bean Paste, etc in a airless bag, without any Air expeller or Vacuum device. The machine is equipped with Double Servo Motors( Center Seal & End Seal), and can match Loop Pump System for liquid feeding.

Applications: suitable for automatic packaging of liquid or viscous products, such as:shampoo, facial cream, ingredient oil, sauce, ketchup,honey ,etc.

4.Double-roller can squeeze the air out, and can pack airless bag.

5.When working, the machine will stop automatically to avoid accident once the door is open.

6.ZVF can be equiped with various conveyors. Moreover, ZVF still works stably under high temperature, so that it not only improves the production efficency,but also avoids bacteria contamination.

7.Photo cell registration control system accurately position the photo eye-mark.

8.Imported electric elements are used to ensure the quality and performance of the machine.
