Is a high-efficient filling machine for bag on valve aerosol products, which is equipped with bottle pusher and linear filling machine, with beautiful appearance. This machine is a new type of equipment independently researched and developed by our company, consisting of 1 sealing and gas filling machine as well as 2-3 high-pressure liquid filling machines. Instead of original transmission system, the linear air cylinder bottle pusher is flexible and high-efficient, which includes manual and automatic models to choose during operational process.
This machine fills the propellant or compressed air into the can while sealing the valve with a bag, then fills the liquid raw material into the bag by high pressure. It separates raw material from the can completely, solving the can corrosion caused by raw material or the problem caused by mutual antipathy of gas and liquid.
This set of equipment has been widely used in pharmaceuticals, health care, fire protection and cosmetic industries. It is suitable for the filling of aerosol products with a bag inside such as: water-based cleaning agent, disinfector, domestic fire extinguishing agent, tear gas, shaving foam, cosmetic spray and photo-catalyst etc.
