The glass interleaving paper is mainly used for protection glass duriing storage and tranportation.

Keep glass clean from scratches and dirt, and also keep the glass surface clean by special chemical reactions on the surface.

Glass lining paper application:

1. Production Line Protection

   • Applied immediately after cutting/processing to shield pristine glass surfaces from scratches, dust, or machinery contact.

   • Critical for coated glass (e.g., Low-E, reflective coatings) to prevent surface degradation.

2. Stacking & Storage

   • Placed between every glass sheet in a stack (vertically or horizontally):

     • Prevents direct glass-to-glass contact (avoiding scratches/scuffs).

     • Blocks adhesion caused by humidity, pressure, or static.

   • Enables safe stacking heights (10+ sheets) without damage.

3. Transportation

   • Essential for road/sea freight: Absorbs vibrations, minimizes friction during movement.

   • Humidity control: Prevents condensation-induced watermarks or mold in containers.

4. Processing & Fabrication

   • Used during tempering, laminating, or etching to protect surfaces between stages.

   • Removed only at the final installation/cutting point.

Glass lining paper packing:

1. Sheets packing - Standard export packaging, on pallet, 4 edges with protector and wrapped with PE film.
2. Ream packing - 500 sheets per ream, then put on pallet, export standard
3. Rolls packing - with pallet or without pallet packing. Each roll with waterproof kraft paper and PE film.
4. Each package with detailed product information, quality passed label.
