Photovoltaic glass liner paper benefits & features:
- The paper undergoes strict processing during production, with its fibers tightly bonded, making it less prone to shedding fibers or dust.
- The surface is extremely smooth and soft, with fine and uniform fibers.
- It has excellent tensile strength and toughness (it is neither easily broken nor lacks sufficient stiffness).
- The paper has a microporous structure, allowing air to pass through.
- The paper is neutral and does not contain corrosive chemical substances such as acids or sulfides.
Photovoltaic glass liner paper application:
- Stacking isolation, the glass produced by the production line will be immediately stacked by automated equipment. The liner paper is automatically inserted between each piece of glass to prevent direct contact between the glasses and avoid scratches and adhesion.
- Inner lining of finished packaging: When packaging photovoltaic glass in stacks, in addition to the liner paper between each piece of glass, liner paper is usually also placed on the top and bottom layers as overall protection.
- Damping and shock absorption: the liner paper continues to play the role of isolation and buffering, reducing minor scratches and friction caused by transportation vibrations and jolts.
- Dust and dirt prevention: It provides a clean isolation layer to protect the glass surface from being contaminated during storage and transportation.

Each roll is protected by strong wrapping paper, different sizes of inner cores, such as 3", 4", 6", 12", etc.
