- Microbial Barrier: Maximum equivalent pore size controlled below 14-20 μm to prevent bacterial passage and maintain sterility after sterilization
- Sterilant Penetration: Excellent air permeability (approximately 5.1-11.0 μm/(Pa*s)) allowing steam and ethylene oxide sterilants to effectively penetrate
- Physical Strength: Tensile strength (MD) ≥ 4.6-5.45 kN/m, burst strength ≥ 250-400 kPa, and tear strength ≥ 520-750 mN
- Wet Strength: Wet tensile strength (MD) ≥ 1.05-2.05 kN/m, wet burst strength ≥ 35-190 kPa to prevent package failure during steam sterilization
- Chemical Safety: pH value 5-8, chloride content ≤0.05%, sulfate content ≤0.25%, no fluorescent whitening agents (≤5 spots per 0.01 m²)
- Heat-Seal Compatibility: Excellent heat-sealing to PP film with appropriate seal strength and clean peel performance for aseptic presentation
