Industrial Galvanized Steel Grating Stair Treads with Non-Slip Stair Nosing
Hot DIP galvanized steel grating is available in three styles: Plain Style Steel Grating, Serrated Style Steel Grating, and I Bar Type Steel Grating. These durable products are widely used in steel structure platforms, stair treads, sidewalks, drainages, and well covers.
We offer both standard steel grating designs and custom manufacturing to meet specific client requirements.
Our most commonly used and economical design is suitable for most industrial applications. Manufactured by welding the bearing bar and cross bar intersection, typically with automated forge welding equipment or professional manual welding. Available in carbon steel or stainless steel.
The cross bar is inserted into the pre-punched bearing bar and hydraulically deformed to lock it in place. The cross bar is typically a straight plate shaped like a bearing bar.
