Stainless Steel Tee Coupling is made by precision casting technology, machined by advanced CNC machines, Tee coupling is used as connection joints where pipe lines have to be divided into 3 flows.
This function provides convenience and flexibility to the pipeline installation projects. The material is stainless steel 304 or 316, high resistance to rust and corrosion. Pressure can bear up to 150LBs.

How to Choose good quality Tee Couplings?

The casting parts may get could shut, hump, pit or shape deformation on the surface.It is mainly caused by wax injection and pouring procedures. Approvement of this kind of flaw shows the low standard of inspection of the supplier.
Over grinding or cutting
The parts shall be cut off from the tree after poured, and then grind the surface to make it flat.
Sometimes, the operating worker may over cut or over grind the surface of the parts. This kind of products can’t be repaired. It happens, but a supplier shall not release this kind of product to you.
