Overview
XGN49-40.5(Z)[DXG-40.5(Z)] Indoor Gas Insulating Metal-clad Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as “C-GIS”) is a high technology product which is researched, developed and manufactured on the basis of technology introduction of China Power Industry Federation Longyuan Power Research Institute. It meets GB/T11022 namely “Technical Requirements of HV Switchgear and Controller” and GB3906 namely “3-35KV AC Metal-clad Switchgear”. It has the characteristics of high reliability, free from maintenance and small cover area. Main technical parameters have arrived to international advanced level.
Features
a. Adopt module design.
b. Metal clad enclosure is made of 4~6mm high quality steel plate and welded by machine hand. The enclosure is sealed well and ensures no gas leakage for 30 years, The enclosure can not be distorted in high altitude.
c. Incoming and outgoing cables are connected with the special cable head and inner cone type insulator.
d. Epoxy resin is adopted to pour busbar through type CT.
e. The secondary winding is fitted with intelligent control/protection unit containing control, protection, measurement and signal function, or traditional relay protection.
f. Gas isolators are adopted to connect main busbar between cubicles, which can ensure electrical insulation and gas tightness of busbar room.
