General Introduction:
XGN49-(12/24)40.5 series indoor gas-insulated metal-clad switchgear(hereinafter called "C-GIS panel") is a switchgear which uses a spring-operated vacuum circuit breaker,electrically operated three station isolation /grounding switch,transformer,lightning arrester as the main components,and completely seals all HV conductors in the metal-clad enclosure with SF6 gas as the insulating medium.
The product has features of flexible combinations,great safety,complete interlocking logic as well as extendibility,miniaturization and free for maintenance.So that it was commonly used in infrastructure construction for power station,power substation,movable transformer pack,rail traffic,buildings that have the 35kV or below nominal voltage.Especially for some sever environment like high altitude,heavy pollution and high humidity.
Installation and Test
The installation foundation construction of C-GIS switchgear shall comply with the relevant provisions in the DL/T5190 technical code for construction and acceptance of electric power construction,and shall be constructed according to the appearance and installation foundation dimensions of the switchgear.The installation foundation drawing and installation splicing diagram of the switchgear are shown below.(Note:If the secondary cables enter the panel from the top,it can be free from equipping the secondary cable hole and cable channel.
