General

GW4-40.5 series outdoor high voltage disconnector used for open of closing circuits under voltage but no-load condition in 12KV outdoor electrical system. It has fixed drawhook and self-locking device, effect operation with insulating hook-stick. Anti-pollution type can effectively solve flash due to pollution during the operation to satisfy the requirement of users in strong pollution area.

Main Features

• High ability of anti-corrosion. All exposed steel parts are hot-dip galvanized; shaft pins are made of stainless steel; the surface of aluminium conductor is passivated; standard parts are hot-dip galvanized or made of stainless steel.
• Reliable and stable drive. Adapters on driving part consist of clamping forks or joint ball shaft; shaft base is in fully-enclosed structure; Three-phase ganged operation is rezlized through touching connection with universial friction.
• Good conductivity. Touch between outgoing pad contact piece and conductive rod is constructed by flexible connection; Outer-pressed stainless steel spring is used on contact piece; contacting part is silver-plated by finishing process.
• Good property of operating mechanism.
