Small Granulator

Function:
Our equipment can make block or sheet shape material into a certain range of size granules. This is used as a final process in the dry granulator: Granulation process,and it can also be used as a granulator in a removable car alone.

Function:
Using the relative movement between the rotor and the screen mesh inside the granulator to grind the large pieces of materials into small granules,and go through the screen to become granules with good mobility.

Features:
1. Granules forming process is with less heat and less dust, granules are made evenly. Cars are made of 304 stainless steel. Meet GMP requirements.
2. The gap in relative movement part where touchs the materials is equipped with a compressible packing to prevent leakage of material.
3. Exposed shaft structure is installed between the bearing and material chamber to prevent dust from entering the bearing.
4. Rotor speed is frequency adjustable: 30-145r / min.
5. The distance between outlet and ground can be customized to meet customer’s requirements.
6. The under outlet on this machine is in buckle form,easy to clean and disassemble
7. Frame style screen mesh is easy to replace into different specifications.
8. Power:Three-phase-five-wire system,motor with overload protection, body is ground connected,safe and reliable.
