Resistance evaporation vacuum coating machine working principle is that when the evaporation materials

such as aluminum wire in high resistance materials, heat generated by electric current, the membrane

material under high temperature, instant vaporization migrated to base material surface, evaporation

deposition film.

1.The selection of a variety of structures, such as: vertical, horizontal, single, two-door, SUS304 or carbon

steel manufacturing, vacuum chamber effective diameter from Φ 600 mm to Φ 2200 mm.

2.The vacuum system consists of mechanical pump, rotary vane pump, roots pump and a cold well high

vacuum oil diffusion pump, or energy saving, pollution-free, noiseless, high efficiency molecular pump

composition.

3.The coating system adopts 1--2 sets of new structure copper electrode resistance evaporation system

and power supply.

4.A low temperature water vapor trap can be used for the auxiliary pumping system.

5. The electric control system shall set up circuit overload, water breaking, and acoustic alarm device.

6. Control system (touch screen + PLC), display detailed parameters in real time, fully automatic control of

the entire production process, and automatic storage of process parameters.
