This equipment is mainly composed of vacuum pumping system, vacuum chamber, base material winding
system, aluminum evaporation system, electric control cabinet and steam plating operation station.
1. Vacuum chamber is made of horizontal cylindrical or square, 304 stainless steel or high quality carbon
steel. The vacuum chamber size can be customized according to the width and volume of customers'
products.
2. The vacuum system is composed of 1 to 2 diffuser, roots pump, mechanical pump, etc., and adopts
pneumatic and solenoid valve;
3. The winding system adopts 6-10 roller, which is driven by an electric motor with rollers, roll rollers and
