Please take the photos to show all details clearly , as soon as it is the quality problem, I will replace the bad items in next order, and compensate the less of freight.if not quality problem, I will try best to help you.

Yes , we work on OEM orders.That means size,material,design,package,etc will depend on your requirement.

Q3.Can we get your free samples ?

Yes, sample free but you have to pay for express cost.

Q4.How long will samples be delivered?and how about the mass products ?

Generally,5-7days depend on different country.
The lead time of mass productions will depend on quantity, production art.etc. Usually 30-40days.

Yes,each step of productions and finished products will be camed out inspection by QC department before shipping.
