2. Classification
Stainless steel profiles are mainly divided into three categories: stainless steel angle steel, flat steel and square steel. The stainless steel material of different cross-sectional shapes obtained by hot-melting and extruding the rust steel bar is a stainless steel profile. It has to undergo three processes of casting, squeezing and coloring.
3. Process of manufacturing stainless steel profiles
The process of manufacturing stainless steel profiles is more complicated. In simple terms, the raw materials are first placed in the AOD refining furnace, melted into steel ingots and then made into billets, and then processed into angle steel, channel steel, flat steel and other stainless steel profiles. Pickling, polishing, straightening, inspection and finally packaging. This is the process of simple stainless steel profile manufacturing.
