Type 321 Stainless Steel is a stabilized austenitic stainless steel similar to Type 304 but with a titanium addition of at least five times the carbon content. This titanium addition reduces or prevents carbide precipitation during welding and in 800 - 1500°F service. It also improves the elevated temperature properties of the alloy. Type 321 provides excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion and possesses good creep strength. It is used primarily in applications involving continuous and intermittent service temperatures within the carbide precipitation range of 800 - 1500°F.

High alloy - representative grade :UNS S32550(22cr-6ni-3mo-2cu-0.2n)
Super duplex stainless steel - standard grade :UNS S32750(25cr-7ni-3.7 mo-0.3n)
The low-alloy UNS S32304 is molybdenum-free and can be used in place of si 304 or 316 for stress corrosion resistance.
Medium alloy :UNS S31803 has corrosion resistance between si 316l and 6%Mo+N austenitic stainless steel.
High alloy type: generally containing 25%Cr, but also containing molybdenum and nitrogen, some also containing copper and tungsten, this kind of steel corrosion resistance is higher than 22%Cr double phase stainless steel
Super duplex stainless steel: containing high molybdenum and nitrogen, some also contain tungsten and copper, also suitable for harsh medium conditions, with good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, can be compared with super austenitic stainless steel beauty.
What does 304 stand for in stainless steel?
Type 304 stainless steel is a T 300 Series Stainless Steel austenitic. It has a minimum of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, combined with a maximum of 0.08% carbon. It is defined as a Chromium-Nickel austenitic alloy. Grade 304 is the standard "18/8" stainless that you will probably see in your pans and cookery tools.
