Performance Characteristics

4J42 is a precision alloy with abnormal thermal expansion properties, also known as 4J42 expansion alloy, widely used in the electronic industry, precision measurement tools, precision instruments, deep cooling engineering and other fields. The expansion of metals and alloys after general heating increases linearly with the increase of temperature. However, for some alloys, the bending point temperature of the thermal expansion curve is much lower than the normal thermal expansion coefficient of the bending point. This phenomenon is called abnormal thermal expansion characteristics. 4J42 expansion alloy is divided into low expansion alloy and fixed expansion alloy, the latter is also known as sealing alloy.
