HG530 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Mill Line
This equipment is designed to produce round pipe (Diameter φ325-530mm, thickness 4-9mm) using FFX molding technology. The most economical and reasonable molding process is employed to continuously and smoothly bend material into seamed tubes.

Production Process
Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and welder → Horizontal accumulator → Forming mill → HF solid welder → Sizing mill → Rough straightening (turkey head) → Cut off machine → Run out table
