The HG530 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Mill Line is designed to produce round pipe (Diameter φ325-530mm, thickness 4-9mm) with maximum speed of 25m/min.

Production Process
Material (steel coil) → Uncoiler → Shear and Welder → Horizontal/Cage Accumulator → Forming Mill → HF Solid Welder → Sizing Mill → Rough Straightening (Turkey Head) → Cut Off Machine → Run Out Table
