The Galvanized Carbon Steel 114mm 219mm Square Tube Mill processes steel belt through a feeding unit, where rolls curl it into tube billet steel. High-frequency proximity and skin effects heat the strip edges to welding temperature instantly, with squeezing rollers completing the weld. The pipe then undergoes water cooling, sizing, and straightening to meet required specifications.
