Product Description
The Forming and Sizing Machine is the main equipment on the welded pipe production line. It can continuously roll long strip steel of certain specifications into shape and weld it into pipes or tubes. This versatile machine can produce not only round pipes but also special shaped tubes and square tubes.
This machine adopts roller technology to produce steel pipes of specific specifications. The process involves feeding steel strips into the machine, where they are rolled into tube blanks through forming rollers, then undergo high-frequency induction heating, cooling, sizing, and rough straightening to form the required steel pipes.
