Manufacturing Process
- Coils: Carbon steel coils prepared for pipe production
- Uncoiler: Steel coil placed on the uncoiler
- Leveler: Coil stock is leveled
- Butt welding: Connects coils for uninterrupted forming
- Mill: Rolls form flat steel into pipe
- Mill Rollers: Shape the pipe to required dimensions
- Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe
- Scarfer: Smooths the pipe seam
- Saw: Cuts pipe to required length
- Collecting: Pipes collected for packing
