Product Description
The LX-800 Spiral Weld Pipe Production Line is designed to roll low carbon steel/low alloy steel strip into tubes using a specific forming angle, then weld them into steel pipes using submerged arc welding technology. This system enables production of large diameter pipes from narrow steel strips.
Primary Applications
- Liquid delivery: Water supply & drainage systems
- Gas delivery: Coal gas, steam, and LPG transportation
- Structural use: Piling pipes, structural pipes for bridges, docks, roads, and construction projects

Feeding → Uncoiling → Leveling → Shearing & Butt Welding → Rotary Shear → Edge Milling → Main Drive → Pre-bend & Guide Board → Forming → Inside Welding → Outside Welding → Cutting Off → Pull Out → End-facing & Beveling → Hydrotesting → Collection
