Product Introduction
HeBei TengTian has long been recognized as one of the pioneers in the welded seam tube mill business in China. The TengTian brand offers multiple standard tube mills for common product sizes, along with specialized equipment covering a wide diameter range of metal tubes and pipes - from 3/16" (4.76mm) O.D. cold stretch reducing mills to 28" OD cage mills.
As required by the application for welding the tube or pipe, HeBei TengTian can provide mills with high-frequency induction or contact welders, DC and AC Square Wave Welding (ERW).

Manufacturing Process
Step 1 - Coils: Carbon steels prepared for pipe and tube production
Step 2 - Uncoiler: Carbon steel coil placed on the uncoiler
Step 3 - Leveler: Coil stock is leveled
Step 4 - Butt Welding: Connecting coils for uninterrupted forming & sizing
Step 5 - Mill: Flat steel formed into pipe through series of rolls
Step 6 - Mill Rollers: Rolls form steel into required shape
Step 7 - Welder: Electric Resistance Welder finishes the pipe or tube
Step 8 - Scarfer: Seam is smoothed all around
Step 9 - Saw: Pipe and tube cut to length
Step 10 - Collecting: Final collection of pipes for packing
